Weekly Wrap: Booking Wins and Clearer Timelines
A quick look at this week's improvements and what they mean day to day.

This last week the focus has been on getting our client portal to a state where I am not completely embarrassed to start letting more people sign up. What you can't see is the work on the service provider portal and the new functionality I've been working on. First steps in that area are focused on getting a booking and scheduling system running nicely, payment flow and service provider/client communications. This isn't a trivial amount of work, so it's taking a bit of time, but I promise that it will be epic when it's completed!
My goal is for us all to have happy horses. Being able to easily track and manage our equine care leads to healthy horses and healthy horses are happy horses.

In general
- We kicked off a new blog section to share updates, care tips, and what we're learning along the way.
- A feedback button is available for all logged in users to send us any bugs you might find, but also, anything else you'd like to see us implement.
Client portal highlights
- The horse timeline layout is cleaner and neater, now broken out by year.
- Better timelines mean you spend less time hunting for history and more time making smart care decisions.
Service provider highlights (not public yet)
- Booking workflows are smoother, with clearer steps for clients.
- Providers can act on reschedule and cancel requests more directly.
- Public booking improvements make it easier to set up and offer the right options for services.
