Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 1 March 2026.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fullstride website, platform, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Fullstride ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. About Fullstride
Fullstride provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to support equine management, performance tracking, communication, and related activities.
The Service is provided for informational and management purposes only and does not replace professional veterinary, training, or animal welfare advice.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Keep your login details secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3. Subscription Plans and Fees
Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees are billed in advance
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law
- We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
Event provider verification
If you are a provider listing events, selling tickets, or receiving event-related payments, we may require you to complete one-time identity and business verification (KYC) through our nominated payment/verification partner (currently Airwallex) before publishing or payout features are enabled.
You agree to provide accurate and current verification information, and to keep it up to date if details change. If verification is incomplete, pending, rejected, or requires further information, we may restrict publishing, ticketing, payouts, or related event functionality until verification is completed and approved.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
5. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of any data, content, or information you upload to the Service ("User Content").
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Photos of horses and tack that you upload remain your property, and you grant Fullstride a licence to store, display, and process them as part of providing the Service.
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of your User Content
- Ensuring you have the right to upload it
6. Data Sharing and Care Team
When you book a Service Provider or share a horse profile, you grant that practitioner access to view and, where their role allows, edit the horse's timeline, health records, and tack details.
You may revoke a practitioner's access at any time by removing them from the horse profile or your care team settings. Revocation applies going forward and does not affect records already shared for completed services.
7. Data Storage and Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.fullstride.app/privacy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
While we take reasonable steps to protect data, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and use the Service at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, branding, designs, and content (excluding User Content), remain our property or that of our licensors.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party content or services
- Availability or performance of third-party platforms
- Any loss arising from third-party use
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
Where event verification or payments are provided through Airwallex, your use of those features is also subject to applicable Airwallex legal terms and privacy notices.

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may:

11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be notified via the website or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
16. Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

18. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. A failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
