Weekly Wrap: Mobile Polish and Faster Pages
A quick tour of the past week and the small changes that add up.
Hey everyone!
This week was all about polish: making the mobile experience feel calmer, shaving load time wherever we can, and tightening up the blog so it reads like a real publication. It is a lot of small changes, but together they make the app feel more finished.
As always, the goal is the same: healthy horses, happy people, and less admin overhead.

In general
- Blog categories were refreshed so posts are easier to find, plus the filter row now scrolls cleanly and the search bar is clearer.
- The blog card layout is more consistent, with steadier image cropping and a more readable rhythm on desktop.
- Image delivery was optimised so pages feel lighter and more responsive on mobile.
Client portal highlights
- Mobile headers and navigation were tightened up across the portal, with better spacing and fewer visual bumps.
- The profile page now starts with the photo controls, groups fields into clear sections, and keeps the save action close at hand.
- Data export and account deletion were reorganised into lighter, collapsible sections so the page feels less heavy.
- Horse and tack lists were refined for quicker scanning, and the timeline view was cleaned up.
Service provider highlights (not public yet)
- Booking flows are smoother, with clearer steps for clients and simpler paths for reschedules.
- Payment and service setup work continues behind the scenes so providers can launch with confidence.
Behind the scenes
- Client portal data is now cached with careful date handling, which cuts repeat calls and improves time to first paint.
- We hardened sign-in and feedback flows with improved email templates and bot protection.
